At first I thought it was firefox, but no, IE and opera also do it.

Everytime I download something it takes like 30 seconds for it to load the download window and everything freezes until it does. Same with uploading something(except uploading takes even longer to load the windows for upload).

Why?
I scanned for viruses/spyware/adaware it came up with NOTHING not even one spyware/adaware/virus...not even any warnings so whats going on? D: And that is the only thing that runs slow on my comp, everything else is perfect.

But the problem is when I do this, such as upload download my computer suddenly starts running REALLY slow and I have to restart once I'm done downloading or uploading the item...think CCLeaner will help or no? :/
