Hey guys. im a beginner and I am looking for a cms so I can assign people with usernames. (public registration will be disabled. i have to make them username to use service)

And in the administrator panel i can upload multiple images along with image descriptions for each user to login and see.

Can anyone help me? i dont know any already made scripts that does this job. please if someone know recommend it to me. thank you. nima
