I would say a gradient with a plastic wrap if not, maybe a new layer > smudged white brush?

k,
when you open it in Illustrator (the vector .eps version) you will see that they used a socalled gradient mesh. Since Illustrator 7 a special feature in illustrator.
But you can do have a plastic or toothpaste effect in Photoshop.

So, if you have Illustrator, tell me if you want to know more bout the gradient mesh, or would you rather make something "toothpast-ish" in photoshop.

not same technique, or even effect but it will do the job.

ill make little tut, even if you are from Holland :)

I would like to make a logo, so vector will be best. But both will be even better :) . I have Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop CS 3.
