I love it! great job! I like the eye, but it does take up a lot of content space, though from the looks of it content real estate isn't a big issue on this site. Cool logo!

Excellent layout, congrats. The white image is a bit large and contrasts hard with the rest of the site, but I can't say that's a bad thing

I really like the logo, but I think the rest of the site is a bit too simple(simple can be positive as well, but in this its negative) and too dark. Try to make something more in style of the logo, a bit fresher and lighter
