I have a blog, but how on earth do people keep them updated? Give me some good sites where I can sign up for newsletters or something...I need help on figuring out how to get content for my blog (gaming, technology, everything)...

Blog as in your own personal blog? I keep them updated by posting interesting stuff n.n
How do people keep blogs and stuff about games updated so fast? They have inside people. Joystiq for example, I thought it was just a few random people but nah xD it's just like gamespot just not as big...you have to get the inside scoop ;o

dont just repost random crap you find on the internet though. add your opinions and views to what you post.
people that just rehash article after article from other sites to put on thier 'blog' really piss me off... its so pointless.

Like Stu said, who wants a 100 blogs all repeating the same shiznit like "OMG Windows Vista still has BSOD"? Add your own touch to it, make that article unique.

The people that do those things are the reason I will never be able to take any blog seriously.
I would like to see an auto-hack program that goes and finds stupid blogs and then annihilates them...but that's just me.
Anyway, if you want to have a blog that's above average, talk to people, read news articles...etc
To have a good blog, (as with most other things) you need to invest a lot of time into it. Learn as much about whatever you're going to write in it.
There are a lot of places to go for resources, but I would recommend trying to post as much original (not pointless/stupid) stuff as you can.

My blog.. I talk about anything. One post per day. When Im busy, 1 post per 2 days. I mostly talk about games, software, music, updates because thats popular tags. Just find new information on the net and post what you think about it or create tutorials for something. Anything is acceptable as long as you have coherent and well written article. Not too long but not too short.
