Not sure where this belongs exactly, but it's a design error, so i put it here..
If you would please, go here and completely fill out the form...then hit submit...everything SHOULD line up right (in FF2 & IE7 at least haven't gotten to test other browsers yet)
BUT if you were to print it out (or even go to print preview) the alignment of the text goes whacky!
Any suggestions? They wanted this website completely done a couple of days ago, and this was one of the few small things that kept it from being "complete"

The page is way out yeah, but the preview only looks a couple of lines out. Maybe a couple of brakes or a few more top padding pixels will fix it.

Is your image from a print preview, or is that how it comes out on a mac on the actual page? Hopefully the first.
If I adjust the padding, or add breaks, it will screw up the page when not being print previewed.

Why not add a stylesheet for the print page?
