Import all your media files and place them 1 by 1 into the timeline then press publish and it will give you your options of how you wish to burn, if you have windows dvd maker that will then open if you don't unsure what your options will be.

If you have windows dvd maker just add all your movie clips and hit next and burn, all your moviea will show up on dvd as different scenes.

The help files also explain how to do it.

Windows dvd Maker will auto give you the options for different scenes in Menu Styles, you won't see it until you go to burn then the menu styles options will come up.

adobe EncoreDVD is another program that does exacly what you want, more even, it is completely compatible with photoshop, so you can direcly import what you made in photoshop (layers and all, with a little adjustment).
