Cause I reckon it doesn't suit for what the graphic is for.

BTW I love your site.. looks awesome.

Very nicely designed business cards, I must say.

One thing that really gets to me though, is the orientation. You'll normally find business cards in landscape form, not portrait.

The logo you have is one that jumps out at you, being the reason for it is the paint splatter. Using that reflection just gives it a flat feeling.

But I like it - nice and simple, and yes portrait is definitely original

I think you also have to be careful with transparencies when printing. The result may not be what you expected.

Maybe years ago but not these days.

A good printer service will be able to do these exact.

Very nice work, but I might suggest moving the reflexion down one pixel and turning down the opacity a little bit. Might look a bit better.

On a side note, I checked out your website, and if you'd like to attract more customers try converting your website to Valid XHTML and add CSS styling (.css) to save bandwidth. Also convert your website to div's (if you have the knowhow) instead of tables, because that also can decide whether or not your customer will enjoy your work.

I critic too much I'm sorry :D.

Well because this was the email address i was using before i got my domain name...and at the moment my customers are using that email address. I think I'll change it soon. Thanx for reminding me

Wow thanx for all the comments guys!

Is there a tutorial somewhere to help me make my website valid XHTML and to convert my tables to divs? I'm sure it can't be too difficult.

It's not too bad, but I can do it for you if you'd like. All I ask is a link to my upcoming website on your site for a bit. I'll also redesign anything you want.

Otherwise, use the validation thing I linked to to check your work constantly, and read up on websites about div's. It's not that hard once you learn to not depend on tables.

Let me know if you find a decent looking business card with a reflection on. For what a business card is, things like reflections won't work they will only 'mess' things up. It looks nice on screen, but wait until it's printed i think you'll find its not as good.
