not bad, but could use some improvement, you could add gloss for the butons and the border above the gallery

more details could make it very good

and i think you shouldn't have a photo of a camera where ur logo should be, cuz researches proved that the upper left part of the page is the most viewed, so put your logo to the left.

and about the camera, my opinion that it would look nicer if u could make a some kind a vector or something like that, that way the camera could also use as a logo and u wouldn't have to move it

I like both layouts a lot. I would say keep the white 1px top border on the top of the gray button.
