I am building a content management system for a client in php. I have the backend set so its tied to a db and it has a list of the pages. When you click on a page it shows a textbox with the content on the associated frontend page. I am just making it so if you code the html into the textbox it will show with the appropriate formatting.

Now onto my question

What would be the easiest and most workable way to make little buttons above the textbox that when clicked will lay down html tags, such as <p> and <b>

Please use the forum search, I've answered this question myself quite a few times.
