Wow

This has came a long way from your other one, apart from your still using HUGE navigation, trying toning that down again.

Maybe instead of using stock images, find royalty free images so you could then remove that bottom line and add something like "Copyright Company Name 2007" etc.

i tried looking for royalty free stocks, but couldnt find any decent ones.

Thanks for the input, and i know navbars are my achiles heel, but i feel if i shrank it i'd leave too much negative space?

Any idea what i could put there?

Ok for the navigation how about moving the 'Company info' down a bit, and adding a navigation bar across there, now it does leave that space at the side. Maybe a news box? Or a box to showcase a service that the company provide?

For free stock photos, let me recommend you http://www.morguefile.com. Just make sure to read the author rules of usage for each image before using them.

About your website, it's looking good. Your logo is nice, but maybe too big. Also I agree about the nav bar, too plain, but apart from that is looking nice. Keep working on it
