DW Rollover help

ok so here is what i am doing this LINK see the more pictures section about halfway down hover over to inlarge and it works great but in dw i would love to make the images auto scale on them both i use a hight of 167 px and i like that but every picture i take is different so my question is there a way to set default image height but not width on my page.

Second question i have the image roll over and have to set there link two times is there a way so i can insert it once not twice see code below

or is there an easy way to do it because i am new at this i just looked for a tutorial and then i started working on it let me know what you think
