MyBB Template Problem

Hello All,

I have been working on a site I have just started working with, and one of the things we were trying to accomplish was making a perfectly embedded forum, and make it so the template is stored on MyBB. For the most part, this was accomplished. The problem is, the template looks extremely distorted in IE, and although it looked terrible in it beforehand, it looks far worse now. I've tried looking around for an answer until my friend recommended I post here, so here I am. The site is:
