I think thats pretty cool layout. I don't like the background yellow but it all does go.

I dont know if its just me, but that background is kindofa ugly color. Maybe a blue, red or orange could be better. Also, the site lacks some substance, i just dont know what. Everything else looks great though!

when u want to give an example where the text should be dont do that what u did in ur design you should put generated text.
Why? & Where can i find generated text should be answered on this site.

you know what would make this design awesome, is if you put it into flash and then when click services the notebook page flips and theres a different image on the left side. Just an idea that i think would make this layout be nice.

i agree the flipping would be cool. another touch woud be to give all the menu options tabs to actually make them look like they are all folders. add a slight drop shadow and ur there. Also try a nice sky blue for the background see how that works.
