The Weapon
Amazing what they have accomplished, this sounds like science fiction.
This could be so dangerous if used by the wrong ppl, This shouldnt be available to public, there are so many sick ppl out there who could use this weapon in many horrifying ways...

Like they said in the article, its just like tear gas and all that other stuff. Just more effective. If tear gas or anything gets in the wrongs hands their can be bad things. This is no diff.

I think its cool

Not really, I've known about it for almost a year now.

So it's not a secret weapon at all, article starts out with We test US army's new secret weapon.

As for not using on civilians I remember they said that about tasers and that didn't last long lol

This sounds good. I can see a good use for thing like this in riot controll. But douptful that it will get in hands of local law enforcment agencies.
Or as mentioned bedore, very neat thing to use in takeing down armed criminals... Well it is more humane than 9mm bullethole in the body, isn't it?
Good thing if it is kept in right hands and used for right reasons :P
