Apparently a massive tidal surge is going to slam the east coast of England tomorrow morning and it's going to cause record floods :D

Be careful everyone...

Wow, that seriously must suck for all those businesses, and homes around the coast area.

The people are being evactuated, but there's always someone who stays behind.

I hope the 10-foot wave won't result of an outcome for any deaths.

Stay safe.

That's a huge friggin storm.

Was just listening to this the whole North Sea coast was under alert and Britain and Netherlands have the worst flood threats. 1/3rd of The Netherlands is below sea level  we have many members from those areas so stay safe all.

School wouldn't be canceled anyway, its just a few waves... :hacked:

Actually they were cancelled, I only know of a couple that stayed open (or at least planned to stay open). What was said to happen (i.e. the 3m tidal waves) is one hell of a lot more serious that what actually happened, its around the magnitude of the floods that killed dozens of people a while back...which is why everyone was skittish.

Luckily the worst of it was around 1 inch heh.

Best thing to come of it was Broadland cancelling their usual late night radio....graham torrington....honestly....
