I wanted to know how does P2L does for the outbound links tutorials, they use url like this:
http://www.pixel2life.com/tutorials/count/...etch_to_vector/
and that url goes to another site out of P2L

How do you make that kinds of links?

mod_rewrite rules,

all its doing is probably running sumthing like www.pixel2life.com/clickout.php?id=sumthing

if u have a look around, u will find alot of tutorial on mod rewrite
