I'm looking for an opensource forum with php/mysql and user login. But an almost 100% safe one.

You know any that would do the job??

phpBB (http://www.phpbb.com/) is a great one. With some PHP knowledge you can even have your own website use their login system so with a website that includes a forum, you can use one login (like pixel2life);

For the record, open source + free != 100% safe, in fact, nothing is 100% safe on the internet, there will always be vunrabilities in software no matter what.
