So i had somebody ask me how to un-dock tool windows in PS-CS3, using dual monitors
I thought i would post it here, maybe some other peeps don't know how to do it

At the very top of each tool, is a little silver bar, you just click and drag them out to anywhere you want to put them

And you also may want to know how to set them back
you goto Window - Workspace - Then click Legacy
