The national sig league has just announced a sig competition for all you sig makers around that I thought you'd be interested in

The following is information taken from their website about the competition:

Quote

Can I sign up for the Tournament?
Yes, you sure can. Everybody is allowed to enter the tournament once. This is a FREE Tournament that is open to all!

What kind of Tournament is this?
This is strickly a "sig" tournament

Is there a theme in place?
Yes, there sure is. ALL sigs, I repeat all sigs MUST have a gaming theme. The style is open. Therefor, yuo can enter an abstract, vector, grunge, whatever aslong as it has a GAMING THEME!

What is a gaming theme?
A gaming theme is a theme that pertains to games. XBox, PS2, Computer games, whatever. You can whip out oldschool games from the 80's if you want. Aslong as it is a gaming theme we are happy!

When will the tournament start?
When we have reached the required amount to fill the brackets the tournament will be started.

What is the required amount to fill the brackets?
Depending on a few things here, but we will keep you posted

Is the tournament set up exactly like the others here at the NSL?
Yes. The Tournament setup is the exact same. There will be a JUDGING TEAM assembled of the HIGHEST quality, and we will be judging the sigs on originality, overall appeal, aswell as a few other things. There WILL be brackets posted for this Tournament and you will easily be able to follow who you are playing or who you could end up playing from these brackets.

What will the votes go to?
The votes for this Tournament will be as per usual. First person to 5 votes moves on.

Is there a size limit to the sig entered?
YES. Your sigs MUST be under 125k. This is a must. Any sig over 125k will be disqualified

Are we allowed to use animation?
NO. There will be NO ANIMATION ALLOWED for this tournament.

Why is the NSL doing this?
The NSL feels that good artwork deserves good prizes. We have been taking donations for THIS reason, so that we can GIVE IT BACK TO YOU, the user. We are happy to be able to do this for our users as we feel we have the greatest user's in the world!

This is amazing, where can I sign up?
The sign up is located in the lobby of this section. Simply post your name before we close the thread and you are entered

The prizes are as follows:
1st Place : (1) Limited Edition Clear XBox as pictured below
Posted Image

2nd Place : 1 domain name registered and paid for by the NSL, ASWELL as 1 year free personal hosting package from www.j-m-hosting.com

Signup for the competition is actually at this link:
http://www.nationals...isplay.php?f=94

and registration to the boards is required.

Good luck ;)

Hi Guys I am Regress, aka .astatic from many forums, Including Clantemplates and National Sig League. I am part of the GFX Crew and i asure you that it is not a fake and all prizes will be sent to you as soon as possible after you win the tournament. Just so you guys are not skeptical about any of it.

Also there is a new Tournament "Easter Egg" that the crew has came up with.

Quote

Ok,

We here at the NSL have decided to add some "****e" to the tournament. If you make a sig, where the GAME is the one we have chosen, you will win the "Easter Egg" prize. We are not telling you in anyway-shape-or-form what the easter egg game is, you have to guess it.

By guessing it we mean, make your sig, and enter it. The first person to enter the sig of the game we have deemed the "Easter Egg" will win the following :

1 year FREE hosting ( Basic Package ) from JMH Hosting or yours truly, our very own Mitch100degree's company!

So goodluck, and may the luckyest player win!

I would like to see some nice entries from you all here  Sign up is over 10 pages and should be a very big but good competition.

Any Questions you can PM me, Softcore, or ask at NSL. And/or in here.

Thanks Pixel2Life, Jay, and of course Faken for allowing us to announce it here. ;)
