I haven't worked with php for awhile now and were planning to learn some basics again and create a cms.
Less then a year ago I found an awsome tutorial for this but now i cant find it.
I dont know if this is the wrong place to post this in to, if it is, I'm very sorry.

It had fetures like:
Category and sub-categories
Posted By, and when
and Pagination.

There's one in the tutorial database but the sites bandwidth is exceeded so unsure if that's the one you mean. So you'll have to wait til Jan 1st until that site is active again. I don't know of any others.
