So . . . this is my site as it stands at the moment: www.cj-designz.co.uk

It needs a bit of a renovation so this is the idea i've come up with so far.




So what do you think?

I think your current layout is a lot nicer than this one.

Just doesn't flow well, maybe try improving the current one instead mate?

i agree with jonhc, this layout is way too simple, theres not much design aspect to it its just rounded rectangles and one gradient lol

Ok here are a few things I'd do.

On the:

"Promotional Materials - A4/A5/Custom Sized promotional media than can be used to advertise your company."

I'd make the "Promotional Materials" the red colour and the rest of the text white, same applying to the rest of the headings, also with these, why not make these <h1> <h2> <h3> tags etc.?

I'd probally put the prices in a more bolder colour, maybe the red again? Or a different shade or red.

Your header at the top stretches all the way across but the footer does not, I'm running 1440 x 900 resolution. Also the bar that has "Welcome to CJ Design" I would make this stretch all the way across as well. These look good in 800x600 but not any other higher resolutions

On the navigation I'd remove or fix that thing where you hover over and one of the other options moves, I don't like that at all.

With the logo I'd center it in the middle of the header, make it text and remove the reflection, think it will look a lot cleaner this way.
