hhm ive been practicing with abstract brushing this is what i came out

Well, it is nice. To me it seems more like a bullet shooting through water. Also, the whole "By Xander" stuff is un-attractive =/ Overall its pretty nice, 6/10

i know but the by xander was just a kind of copyright... :P

well there are better ways to put your name on something. Just use a simple font and set the blending mode to soft light or overlay. Thats way it doesnt distract from the actual image

My point beyond exactly. You need something that can't pull the viewer away from the image. You want the attention point to be the main object or character in the piece.
