i made a small clip for a client, its all with the time line as i dont know AS,

i have the speed fine but its a bit choppy. is there a way to smooth it out. what am i missing?

the only real way to smooth out an animation is to increase the frame rate,however this will mean altering your animation either extending tweens or animating more frames if your using FBF animation.
