What’s the best way to export movie in flash so it has best quality and in .avi or .mov format??

If you are talking about exporting from flash .swf is the best format. If you are talking about importing into flash, I think .mov would be better quality than an avi.

Well he did say which out of the two....
It depends on your purpose, if you're putting it online, just export it to a swf, it would be better, but if you really want to, you can do a .mov. If you want to save it on your comp in a nice high res file, thats supported by all PCs, then export to .AVI
