Guyz plz check the below image and tell me how to make image or thumbnails for my wallpapers gallery as a site is using this type of beautifull thubnails, plz tell me which software to use to creat images lik it ?
Or plz give a tutorial how to make reflection same as given image.

you mean the reflection underneath the photo i suppose.
Put a copy of the photo on a seperate layer, flip vertical (in the dit menu), then put in place so the buttons touch,
then ad a mask and put a white to black gradient in tha mask.
Then adjust the gradient and the opacity.
Maybe tweak the saturation/lightness/contrast of that layer too.

Thats bout it for the short version. (i think)

Is there any software that do the all work, like any thumbnail maker software that we give images and it automatically put reflection under all images ?

Not that i know off,
but if the pictures are all exacly the same size, you could do it once and record it ("action"), then replay the action.

But normally, i dont expect to have a zillion photo's on my website, so it wouldnt hurt to do it by hand.
