[Hooch]

Hello all.
I have been using an older version of PS for quite some time.
Now my Daughter is taking an interest in it. I was about to
purchase the latest version, but I stumbled upon less expensive
versions for students. But I am wondering if they are a scaled down version?
I'd rather pay more to get the whole version if this is the case.
Can anyone give me some feed back?
