The best way is to offer something nobody else has. Or to have great content and use a forum to promote it...

Your running this off http://www.1-2-free-forums.com/ I doubt you have much backside access to do anything you even have to request a mod to be installed Get your own domain & hosting if you want a Forum lot better for you in the end instead of having all those advertisemnts & junk added on.

But there really isn't a free host that can support what you need. You are probably going to need a good amount of space, databases, functions and options to make your own forum system.
