Layout Then Coding?

Hello,

I have been spending alot of time working on my company website. I have aimed for simplicty and vibey. I still have a few more things to do on the layout.

After everything is done for the layout, what do I do!? Where do I go from here? I know that I will need to slice and code the layout, but I have struggled in the past.
