[Jd-Cue]

in order for anybody to have a clearer idea of my problem here, the background picture is located on this site. www.myspace.com/jaysun2186/

there you will see a div layout. there is 2 streams of bright blue bars, 1 long, and another short, short one under the longer one. At the bottom is the repeat. Below is the Css codes i have entered in my about me for it. Can anyone point out where i change this at?
