My Router's the BT Home Hub.
Here's something I noticed, dunno if it's the cause of the problem though:
The Radio Button's on WPA-PSK. But on my Laptop:
This is just a guess though. I haven't fiddled with it incase my Laptop implodes or something.

Sometimes but not as often. But I don't understand why it would disconnect at this distance when neither the Laptop or Router move.If your laptop is close to the wireless router are you still having a connection issue?

Try change it to WPA encryption instead of the WPA-PSK, you know the drop down menu that asks what WPA-PSK version, what options do you have in there?
- WPA
- WPA2
- WPA+WPA2
And I clicked on the WPA Radio Button and got this appear, i've got no idea what is is so yeah:
I didn't click on Apply to be on the safe side.
Edit: My Router automatically upgraded itself this morning, and I haven't been having any wireless problems today. According to this site the update has improven the reliability of WPA Encryption.

I know it does but:Your router sucks. Change it!
a) I'm kind of skint.
b) I don't know where I can find a 'good' Router.
