Hello, I have designed this layout... http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l75/Bouz...ddddddddddd.jpg however, I really hate the header and the footer. I don't think they work. Does anyone have any sugestions about the layout at all?

Honestly, I really don't see any problem with the header or footer... it fits really nicely with the rest of the theme

maybe change up the colours on the header and footer? They fit pretty well with the layout though, personally i dont like the nav it feels choppy, i dono lol.

it's a nice smooth flow...

i like the clean layout of the tables, but i'm not sure how i feel about the two lighter blues... i might prefer to see them a little closer in hue, like more toward the teal side, so that they are in the same colour family.

the header isn't bad, but i might change the font slightly (by either enlarging it a bit or minimizing the outline). for the footer, try inverting the colours perhaps? the darker shade on the bottom will draw your eye upward to focus more on the page than bringing it down to look at the footer. or keep the colour the same with a simple line in the middle, like you did with the header. a little more dramatic, i think.

overall, it is very visually pleasing and uncluttered. nice work!

Hear is an update.. I fixed some of the things mentioned but not the text because I really can't find anything else that looks good on that layout. Arial and Tahoma look like crap on that.

I think it's alright, the only thing I can think about changing is that theres the same amount of space for links as there is for content, you could probably merge some of that.
