Welcome back, not much has happend, few new staff, bit of website upgrades here and there. Nothing too serious hahah.

if you have problems sleeping at night, and this is for both you and Bryn, you may want to consider trying melatonin - it's produced by the body naturally, and can be a sleep inhibitor if not enough is being produced. the proper amount will allow your brain to slow down and, therefore, your body to relax enough to fall asleep.
just call me doctor K. heh.
melatonin is great stuff, if taken properly. it helped me get through some nasty sleepless nights and subsequent moodswings.
