Its not to bad of a design but the biggest probley is the use of colours, if i was to log onto that website and saw all the green i would not want to hang around for to long. Good effort and layput but also some the link should be a bit wider and the made logo part in the top left a little smaller. If somebody was loading it up on a low res screen it would over power what they see.

Colors are a turn off, Logo could be better. Overall its not that bad, just not somthing id do. Its all too flat :/ Try some bevel, and better Gradients.
