EDIT: Wait, nvm it works
I like the design, it has nice colors and really appeals well. Not too detailed, but it's enough, and it gets the job done
Oh, and I suggest putting in a real contacts page, the link on the site is broken.

Bouzy210 it's plain Jane boring it has no life at all, i suggest you look around the web at different sites because most I've seen involving church groups have a lot more going on than that.

Also just no. First off the colors and basic idea I used inspiration from that site, but every single peice of code is mine (It would be pathetic if I needed to copy the code for my version of the site seeing as its simple) All the code is mine and none of the textures or images are coppied I made all of my own. (Also it looks different)

Being a generation that loves being way "out there", we love something new for sites... different... "youthy". They don't have to look like a proper website... just think outside the box

the background could use a cool stencil type design something that pops out of the border or maybe a subtile gradent.
failing that a good old header graphic might spice things up.
also doesnt hurt to have content images/ or event image in the white space
you could prolly merge some pages in that site to make thinks look more busy and content friendly.
