Hey all im using im using my frriend mom's DW CS3 to try and turn my PS made layout into a website.
I have some very basic HTML knowledge but not DW expirience...
So, im following Pixel2Life's slicing tutorial and im acurrently in Lesson 5 step C I made a chart to insert my layout into but i cant manage to set the pixel hieghet of the chart... id apreciate some help... thx allot. =]
edit: i browsed the tut a bit forward and i noticed stepd D is talking about borders and how to set your your chart to a uni background, but if ull look at my layout ull notice that i dont have a a place for a uni background, so should i simply skip that step?

What are you going to put in there? Usually, if you add something into the content of the cell it will take up whatever space it needs for the height.

This is what im planning (each color means a cell), and i want 3,5 to take the entire length of the page... (id love if anyone would tell me how, cus i have no clue =P)

For 3 and 5 to repeat along with the content of the page, you need to create a background image that repeats itself down.
