There's 1,000's of these orbs all over the web it's not a rip just looks the same. Colors are NOT copyrighted.
Keep in mind the logo here came from a template.

!gloss and colors have no copyright, if that was so every site on the web needs to remove orb logo's including P2L as they were around way before Dan ever went to 4templates
anyways only Dan can call this and I have the p2l logo on my PC and it looks nothing like that one on DA

haha you are correct. I made one a long time ago to help people with some P2L competition that was going on.
This is not really a rip. As was said before colors are not copyright and you could hardly claim copyright to the "orb" type logo.
