Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to launch Windows Media Player through flash to play a playlist (m3u file). I know you can use a flash mp3 player but my client doesn't want to use that if they don't have to.

If this isn't possible what else could I do? Is making a flash mp3 player my only real option?

Thanks, JoeM

You can do this using the fscommand, but it will only work with Flash files published as exe's. I'm afriad that the only real option would be create a Flash mp3 player, or else you could link directly to the mp3, which will open up a dialog box asking to download to your computer
