Agh both my knee's are in pain. Came back from town with some work mates, had drinks in one hand and a big bag of KFC food in the other, trying to get out of a small car, getting partialy stuck, losing my balance and then fell forward landing on my knees and nearly ruining lunch.

And i still have 2 hours of work left!

Ouch :g[1]: I know how it feels. I was playing basketball 2 years ago on an asphalt court, I jumped up for the ball got knocked over and landed on my knees, ruining them. Still have scars, and probably will have them for life

Any inflammation? Decoloration? More pain when you touch it?.. if so, you should get it checked by a doctor :D

Pfft, you call that a sore story, try this one on for size.

My roommates aunt factured something in her foot a year ago simply stepping out of her volvo (regular car, nothing special about it). Guess what, she's still in one of those fancy medical cast-like boots, and has been for the past year (she's not even a heavy set woman, so how she managed to fracture her foot in a 1 foot/meter fall is beyond me).

Lesson of the day: If you almost break something, make sure you have a good doctor :)

Try having your ACL Legements torn in both knees and having to get surgery on them both and also wear big metal knee braces if you do any sports.... Once I was just walking and my knee popped out thats how bad it got...

Ouch... I know how it feels, have had some bad falls during parkour training - very painful. But as EAXT suggested see a doctor, belive it is better than have a knee ruined :P
And Faken's right too, football can mess up knees, especially some type of arrtificial surfaces...
