If you had tutorials in the database that were already accepted and were getting traffic, and now your list is blank, it's because your site has been marked dead because the source site URL is invalid. Would be a huge help if you could tell me what your site addy is.

I posted a tutorial of mine a few days ago and have heard nothing since. Does that mean it was not accepted, or it just hasn't been approved yet?

You can use the webmaster page on TS to see if you have anything in the queue.

well i searched preloaders for flash cause i was seeing if u had a good one or i was going to write one and a whole page of tuts for a preloader came up. i bet there are alot of other ones like this.

That's not a really good example because there are TONS of ways to do pre-loaders and they all have different levels of difficulty and features like percentage countdowns and such. That's like saying we should only have 3 tutorials on how to do web layouts when there are 1000s of ways to do one.

I think it's good to have variety to a certain degree... 100 tutorials on how to do scanlines is stupid because there's only 2 ways to do it, but some stuff has many variantions and multiple tutorials are quite justified.

Either way, once a tutorial is accepted, it stays accepted until it's dead or the source site dies. :) Not to mention I don't think I'll find anyone to dig and rate and make suggestions on 15,000 tutorials lol.

I uploaded a tut a few days ago, and since i hadn't heard anything, i decided to post it again. However it said the tutorial was already in the index, and not to submit duplicates. It is an imageready tut, and i've searched through both the photoshop and imageready categories, and it is not there. Does that mean your still waiting to look at it, or has it not been accepted.
Here is the url for the tut - http://gsof.gigawebs...opic.php?t=2102

It may still be in the queue but it's likely to have been declined as the images are hosted on a free image host.
