Hey,
i searched for some good tech brushes, like these used in the following sig.
I searched for hours on google, but only end up on forums where the words tech brushes are mentioned, or noob brush maker's sites. Could any1 give me some direct dowload links to good tech brush sets?

Have you tried deviantART? They have a huge assortment of PS brushes.

yes back i cant figure out how to host it it never lets me and on the first site i cant find where the bruskes are

For the brushes, you visit the link above... click a picture you like. And then when the new page loads, under the image, its (usually) the middle button (an arrow pointing down)
