Where do I find rounded rectangle tool?

Well, as topic says!
Where can I find the rounded rectangle tool?
I can't find it anywhere. ;)
I'm using Adobe Photoshop CS3! ^_^

Right click the Custom Shape Tool.

I always though it was somewhere around the rectangular marquee tool.
