when i post sth in forum and i search the keyword of that post, I can track what he has done even I have changed that keyword to other. There are still the record there. Do anyone know why? How to avoid it?

try again,
something went wrong:

try to delete the temp files and emptying your hisory,
see if that helps.

Hihi. Sorry, I mean I search in google, the words still can be searched after I have edited the content in the forum. What wrong

Chances are even if you delete it pull the site down it will still remain in the web cache and web archives.

block all search engines or better still don't have a website. ;)
