Hi All,
I'm currently after a CMS or some sort of online database system that will allow me to have registed members approved by me, then they have access to listen to mp3's i upload through a admin area. Is there anything already available like this? Or do I need to pay someone to code it for me?

You should be able to do this with mostly any of the major CMS available. As long as they offer a download section.

I personally don't know of any CMS that would let you do this, or upload files for that nature. Maybe looking into getting a custom made CMS made by a web designer? Now this could range from $50-300 dollars I would think. And just tell them what YOU want, and they could create a simple interface of all the features you want for you. Hope I helped!
