Im with Griffen... I like the colors/background but yes the text does need work also blend just a tad bet more..

8/10 looks good.

When you say it needs work, you meen sorta, just make it look better?

THe small black text above and below the name is extremely hard to read and see, I think you should maybe make it white with a 1 pixel stroke around it (tweak that a little). The name maybe a different font that isnt so umm thin and dont make it completely see through. The Drop shadows make the words kind of hard to see too.
