I have a website that is part, online radio station, part blog & part social network. I really want to step things up with the site be I want it grow, the thing is I have no budget. what I'd like to do is have a small team of designers on hand to help create graphics to go along the blog posts for the site's front page. But how do I achieve this without a budget? The only thing I could offer is for people to use my site as a platform to promote and market their design services and I could make it a point to make sure each designer is credited alongside a link to their profile page and their website. But how do I make this point clear so people can see the potential of what I'm trying to build?

It's sometimes difficult to have things done for you for free. It may be better off for you to design them yourself.

If you're patient, and spread the word enough your community will grow. And as a result of that, people from that community will want to participate in the future of the website. And participate in events, such as a new logo event or an advertising banner event. Perhaps other things, people will also begin to make donations to help keep the site alive. Therefore you will be able to plan future development and hopefully progress into something far greater.
Basically, all it comes down to is patience and persistance and not forgetting dedication.
