Try taking notes; thats what I did <.< Just use notepad, and write down things you think are important. and when you have an idea for something, even small, test it out with a editor (I used the ones at w3schools.com).

I have only one way that I learn new languages, and that is to go onto some tutorial website (like this one, for example), and just read a bunch of tutorials on HTML. The reason you aren't remembering what all the HTML tags mean is because they mean nothing by themselves. You have to actually see them in action (in a tutorial) to really understand them. That is why I suggest doing all of the tutorials you can on HTML, and looking up each of the tags you don't know as you go along.

Hi

Read the books. from books you got some codes, underline these codes or write it anywhere. After that do it in notepad. At first make small prgm, after that modify them and make it as you want or your creativity wanted.
Creativity is a main fector to create a website.

thanks

My tip here is, Read a tutorial en try every step by yourself :) This way you see what it does.. And after that try to make a page a couple times so you remember de tags.

Practice, practice, practice. Just like sports, you're not going to get better unless you practice.
