I've drawn this image, but I'm still not that expirienced in Photoshop.

I was wondering, does anybody have suggestions how to colour this, and select properly, so I don't break the anti-aliasing?

What did you use to draw it?

If you used shape layers with the pen tool, you can colour them in easily, but if you just used the paint brush, then it'll be a little harder

I used the pen tool, but actually I did it in one layer

Do you have Illustrator? You could bring it into Illustrator and use the Live Trace tool. Then fill it in with colors.

just use magic selection tool, making sure the "continiuos" IS checked --> if it goes further, then it means you've got some bleeding, correct this with the pencil tool to close the shapes up.
