Hey guys I made a new look for my site and I was wondering what everyone thought of it? I still want to add more banners to the top of each page to give them more of a unique feel. Anyways please give your feedback!

Nice and clean layout, the only thing I'd suggest is maybe making the login and password bit a little more snazzy, looks too plain I don't know that's the only thing I dislike, apart from that good job

One thing i noticed is that on your dropdown submenus your text is right up next to the border of the menu. I suggest adding a pixel or 2 more of margin or padding between them.
Like monkey said i think you should update the design up the login area at the top, as well as adding some space between each of the elements.
