I want a script where my members have to view a certain link for 25 seconds, I'm developing A Paid To Click System.

Unless the site/page your ad goes to is owned by you, I don't think you can show/view how long a person is visting a page they have gone to via your ad.

There are a few different ways you could go about this. However, none of them are going to be pleasing to the user clickng the link.

You would have to work out something with the person/company who is supplying the ad, to where you can show their full ad on you page. When the user clicks the link a pop up window similiar to the way most sites now would show you an image. It disables the website and shows the images above everything else with a close button at the bottom. Well you could do something where the user clicks the link, the ad comes up and is displayed for a certain time before the close or continue button would come up.

That is one way you could do something of that nature.

However, Tom, is correct you really can't be certain how long someone is at a site that isnt controlled by you.

You could also work something out with the ad company where a script is installed on there server that will recgonize where the user has come from record a start time in when the user visits their site and an end time when that left the page. However, I don't quite know how to go about this.

So You Think The Network Hosting The Ads Would Take Care Of That, Im A Member Of Some Sites And The SITE I Click On For 15 Sec Looks Like Its Embedded Into There Site Because It Shows There Link In The Browser But I'm Actually Clicking On Someone Elses Site, Then After The 15 Sec Theres A CAPTCHA Image I Have To Verify

Heres an idea... Have the Ads link to a page on your site... like sitename.com/ad.php and on that page, which you control, have an iframe that is 100% W and H, but also embed a little script that will show you how long an ip address has visited that page, after say... 10 seconds, the page redirects them to the site you have advertised to without the iframe without the user being none the wiser! OR if the user clicks a link on the advertised page, it will load the site anyway.

This is probably the ONLY way you can get round this tbh! Unless you make a deal with your advertising group about what it is you want!

Yeah this would work. I'd say try and work this into your site.

Thats A Real Nice Ideal, Just Tell My Members Hey I Know How Long You View Sites And If You Don't View For xxx Amount Of Time You Won't Be Credited....Really Need Something Automatic Tho, They Click On The Site And The Money They Earned From That Is Automatically Updated To Their Stats...


Heres another ideal i thought Of, When A Member Clicks On A Link A Graphic Pops Up On The Side Of The Link With A Countdown From Like 40 Something And I Can Do A PHP Code Where When The Countdown Is Over Money They Earned From The Ad Is Added To There Stats

I could also put a CAPTCHA image after countdown so ill know there humans


Im looking to make a site like this so i can sell for cheap because every other PPC script charges by month..
